Samsung A51 Restarting On It's Own - Please Help

Samsung A51 Randomly Restarting on its own

Auto Restart is turned off

Have done a Factory Reset through phone and through bootloader

Have wiped cache through bootloader

Have done a Reset Network Settings and Reset Settings through phone

Bixby not on home screen or side bar but still using Storage

Gone to Mobile Klinic where they done a force update and rebuild of android

And it did again last night a few days after they did it

Please Help me with this issue

Couldn't my app cache get to big that it would restart my phone?

I got my phone back on Monday the 19th

Even after replacing Motherboard and Screen it happened on Friday the 23rd only after I went into the Recovery mode to clear cache.

Not a fan of Malwarebytes , cache in recovery cleans system files , such as last software update . If a app builds up too much cache it can act up and you simply clear just that apps cache.

Then I don't get why I keep having this issue the only thing that hasn't been replaced on this phone is the battery.

I don't think that would cause this issue would it?

Edit: Phone was factory reset when i got it back on the 19th with the September Security Patch

If you still having the same issues, talk with Samsung and request another replacement device .

That's the problem I have for me to get a replacement device I would need to send mine in to them and wait for a new one to come from Samsung and hope its not defective.

I have talked with My Service provider after making a complaint to CCTS the one I told you about they offered me to go in to any Bell store to get a replacement or even a different phone within a week.

She put a Device Upgrade Egilibity on my account since I keep having issues with this one.

The only problem I just got my schedule and the only time I'm off is Friday so I will call the lady back on Monday and see if she can extend it for a month.

Is the A71 better performance, cpu and stuff wise?

Like the Wireless Wave guy gave me the A51 Phone case when he didn't have to, and I bought a tempered screen protector for the A51 the same day I got it back

So what would be my best bet here?

1) Is the A71 Phone better then the A51 Performance, CPU, Memory, Camera?

2) With my phone case and tempered screen protector for the A51 would it be smart to switch to the A71?

3) Or Could I go with the LG G8 of the newest before Velvet?

4) Which Phone be the best out of the three?

You can also recommend one.
Just not the S20 series don't wanna be paying $100.00 a month.

Not familiar with lg , never had one. But don't like there quality control from when I had nexus 5x was made by LG.

I like my s9+ water resistant , decent battery life.

But the A71 will be supported longer , its current and bigger battery

S10+ would be about $95.00 a month if they can keep.my current plan on it.

A71 would be $80.00 a month and they could keep.my current plan on it

I only know about them keeping the plan on the A71 since I was going to switch to that one last month but I didn't maybe I should of
