Samsung.com Orders

It should be available to pick on Wednesday itself. I generally put hold at my local FedEx distribution center and always have it available for pick up first thing in the morning on delivery day. Based on other comments here even for Walgreens you should have it ready for pick up on same day. I would put a hold for pick up request now itself instead of waiting.

Thank you. I just changed it to a Walgreen's near me. Hopefully it will be there early. They never get to my house before 8 p.m. anyway. Thanks again.
 
Anyone else receive the phone, but still shows pending with Samsung? Want to send in my trade but they haven't sent a label and it's been a week.

Walked into the house tonight after work and mine was sitting on the counter. I was very surprised.

Trade-in label should be under your order detail page. Next to the phone you picked to trade in,

Camera isn't remotely as bad as people suggest. My Pixel produces more satisfactory images at a higher success rate but they are not perfect. Took some pics in a pretty dim room and they fired off pretty instantly but was getting smoothing in details like hair and the faces. I'll play around with it for a few days before making a decision.

My saddle brown leather case for the ultra shipped today and scheduled for delivery on Thursday. That was the only thing pending and everything is shipped now.
 
Still nothing, nothing at all shipped from my Feb 21 1:30 am preorder. In fact, this morning I just got an email that my order was cancelled "as per my request". Um... what? I didn't request a cancellation.

I had been emailing back and forth with an executive case manager from the office of the president who just yesterday assured me my case was "very rare" and the order is packed and ready to go and will ship within two days and I may (his quote) "even be able to see it getting shipped by the end of the day.". Then I wake up to the cancellation email. Now they're trolling me.

I don't think Samsung could have borked this purchase any worse than they did.

So now I'm free to buy from anywhere (if it's in stock), but I'm out the $150 Samsung preorder bonus (the buds+) and the larger preorder trade in value of my S9+.

My factual story here in no way represents the absolute rage I'm feeling right now.

See if the case officer can provide you a promo code if you order from them.

Sorry man. At this point, I'm HOPING Samsung sends me the cancel email, so I can be done with this fiasco.
 
Finally got mine yesterday evening. And accessories are slowly trickling in as well. Definitely the last time I do Samsung direct.
 
Fun conversation I just had with Samsung customer service:

Me: "I'm calling because you told me Friday I would get an update in 24-48 hours about my order, and it's been well over that and I haven't heard anything. "
Them: "Let me escalate the incident ticket."
Me: "Can I just cancel the order? That's really just what I want at this point."
Them: "At this point the order is not cancel-able. I can escalate this incident..."
Me: "I've already called 3 times, and you say you're escalating every time, how many escalations are there? Every time you say I'll get an update in 24-48 hours, but I've never received any update."
Them: "........So I've gone ahead and escalated the incident, you'll be receiving an update in 24-48 hours..."
*hang up*
