Samsung.com S10/+: Pre-Order Thread

I also wanted to add that my girlfriends also shipped. I ordered hers a day after mine and right from the beginning it said hers would ship by 3/15.

This is proof that some of the 3/15 are shipping now. Her cancel button disappeared on Friday. So I'm assuming the ones that still have a cancel button might not ship this week or it will be later in the week.

That's what I am dying to know cause my husbands was ordered 2/22 and his still has the cancel button and 3/15 ship date. I just called Best Buy and we were in there last night and we should of done it then. But the guy just told me I can go back in there and pre-order and it's not a guaranteed but they will send the order to Samsung and he could get his on Friday like me also but that I may not even get mine it depends how many they get in. Last night the people in the mobile Dept. said I should get mine Friday.

So the guy said and this was from the call center not my actual store he said to go in and pre-order and not to cancel my husbands Samsung order and just wait and if it doesn't come to BestBuy on Friday also theirs no penalty and we can cancel Best Buy. So I am trying to decide if I should run in Best Buy before work pre-order him one and if it don't come in on Friday he can wait for Samsung or maybe Best Buy will still be sooner than the 15th even if it's not the 8th I don't know what to do but now my husband doesn't want to wait knowing mine will be here Friday.

For those that had the 15th change to now which models and colors did you order? My husbands is the plus in 128 prism white.
 
By FedEx themselves lol. I worked at a company for 11 years and shipped FedEx packages for that company. When I shipped 2-Day it was considered Express by FedEx. On the shipping label it even had an E inside of a square shape on the upper right hand corner of the label. The E stood for Express. When I shipped Ground there was a G inside of a square.

I think you are getting caught up in their marketing terminology and what they call each service for the consumer. But 2-Day is indeed considered an Express service. Which makes sense since it's guaranteed within 2 days. Ground doesn't have a guaranteed timeframe.
I get that but using the term Express is still not a clear answer on the shipping type used. The person I answered asked if it was Express or Ground which I answered 2Day which is more of a detailed answer as Express as FedEx also has a service called Express Saver which is slower than 2Day. So by me answering 2Day is a more precise answer than Express.

I I am in the same boat as you, I have a 3/15 date and still have cancel button, also ordered the s10+ prism white 128gb

hmm well maybe I'll take a chance and go back to Best Buy and pre-order him one. I would much rather deal with them than Samsung and it would be nice if we both got ours on Friday. I would hate to get mine and make him wait till the 15th but if best buy is pretty sure that his will be in on the 8th I still will not cancel Samsung order till I know for sure and if Samsungdoes ship early and the Cancel order button goes away I will not do Best Buy I guess. I better go get ready if I want to go in Best Buy before work. I am just mad we didn't think to do this last night we were in there playing with the phone my husband hadn't seen it yet.
 
Samsung.com still has not updated that mine has shipped (even though it has). I have the S10, Leather Case, and ear buds supposedly coming. FedEx Package shipment weight says 2 lbs. Does that seem about right? Hoping and assuming everything shipped at once.

I'm sure others can answer the weight for ya, but still holding out hope. I have arrive by March 8th with a cancel option still there, but the charger I bought said will ship March 4th which also has a cancel option still. Do you have a FedEx account or get an email?? I tried using the order number and _01 after, but nothing. Thanks!!
 
I have a FedEx account that it showed up under. Make sure you track by reference...

That means clicking on the tracking menu option and then ALL TRACKING SERVICES.

Select Track by Reference on that page. Putting an _01 after your order number doesn't make it a tracking number.
 
I just received the shipping notification from FedEx a half hour ago. Scheduled for delivery on the 6th.

the waiting game is killing me for shipping and its not even my phone. But i know i will have to do all the transfer and setting up of the phone. so i want to get my hands on it as soon as possible!!

Thank you for the info!! Looks like I'd have to sign up to track by reference though. Thinking it did not go out today. Why am I off work today lol.
 
Seriously regretting cancelling my order through Samsung now : / would have been nice to get it two days earlier and have the Buds come with it. Who knows for sure how that E-gift certificate will work. I was kind of forced to though because I purchased 3 phones.

Just hope my Best Buy get's it on release day.

Why did you cancel your order?
 
I placed my order 10pm, 2/20 and I have no shipment email. Account still say will ship by 3/8.

Same boat here. Mine shows the S10 and Buds shipped and tracking received, but the DeX Pad I ordered with the accessory credit is not shown as being shipped yet.

Kinda makes sense that all the other accessories might be shipped separately, possibly from other locations, to not get in the way of the phone logistics.

Speaking of the accessory credit, I was supposed to get it but didn't see or notice anything about it when I ordered. You think I can contact Samsung and get that still?

I tried that, they opened a case and I haven't heard back myself on it. Last time I did this with an accessory, it took 4 months for them to finally send it to me.
 
Can anyone tell me why my card hasn't been charged but I have shipping confirmation? I traded in a s9 plus and paid 454, saw the initial charge that night and now it's gone with sign of the $454 in my account.

Sometimes the final charge hits a bit later. It should hit your account later this week of early next week.
