Samsung Trade in Program, how quickly does the process work thread.

I always photo my return I had no issues with Samsung last year but the year prior AT&T said they never received even though it showed delivered such scum bags. This year I did it at a Tmobile store to be sure.
 
Has anyone else had a problem getting the factory installed screen protector off their trade in?? Mine is scratched up after having the Note 10+ for a year. But now I need to return that phone back to Samsung and I cannot for the life of me get the screen saver off. Any suggestions?

I used a thin plastic edge and was able to peel it off no proble, phew! Screen looks great now! : )
 
I still have the original box for my Note 10+ trade in. Can I put the phone in it's original box and send it back to Samsung that way? Surrounded by bubble wrap, of course. : )
 
I just wiped my Note10+ today. taking off the WSD and skin tomorrow and then ill probably box it up on Wednesday, lol. I really don't want to send it back with the SPen, but I guess I will.

I sent my N10+ in Saturday. With looming hurricanes, (shout out to Blues Fan) I didn't want to take any chances on it being late. I'd have liked to have kept it longer to do some comparisons but oh well. Such is life in the deep South.

That's how I packed mine. No point in just tossing out the box when it can give added protection.

Thanks! I won't really have any more use for the Note 10+ box now that I have the Note 20 Ultra box. Seems like a no brainer to place that box inside the shipping box when I send back my trade in. I am charging it now so it has a full charge when I bring it to Fedex.
 
Also, does anyone know if the S Pen has to be returned too? Just curious.

I just checked with their trade in support and they said it doesn't have to be with the device.

And according to their support, the Note 20 Ultra doesn't support changing pen tips, that's why they're not included in the Note 20/Ultra devices. So, I am keeping my Note10+ S Pen and tips.

And fedex ground? What a cheap service. Could they of made any more stops? Not sure why they would want phones they want in perfect condition dropped and handled by so many people before getting to them. Screenshot_20200825-142227_FedEx.jpeg
