By them replacing the cracked screen that should take care of the dark spots and I would think you would only get gigged for the crack screen.
I mailed mine from Houston on the 21st and I have had no movement since that day. I did my trade in with att and I know it takes them a minute to process , but dang this is longer than usual.I returned mine (from Houston to Ft. Worth) on the 22nd. It was received on the 25th, and I got an acceptance email the 27th.
Way longer. As long as you initiated the trade before the deadline you're good. Not your fault the AT&T folks decided to unwrap it and play games on it before they hand it off to Samsung. I'm in the same boat. :/
I traded my S10+ and I honestly didn't notice that there was a small crack on the back camera glass (not near the lenses) until I was taking photos before packing it up. I sent it in anyway fully sick to my stomach that they would reject it. I have the money to pay the difference, and my email says they will send it back if rejected, but I'm so mad I never saw it because it left me with no time to get it fixed.
It was $550 if all conditions are met. They received the phone yesterday and I haven't heard anything yet. What did they say they'll Pay you?
I understand section 5, however because it is cracked there is a small possibly they will only gig for the crack. I guess you will know soon.I read
Cracked Screen Offers
In its sole discretion, from time to time Samsung may offer to accept certain model devices with cracked screens as devices that are eligible for trade-in ("Cracked Screen Offer"). A Cracked Screen Offer is only available if the Trade-In Value for your selected Trade-In Device displayed on Samsung’s website or the App states that the value displayed is for the specified model device with a cracked screen. If you select a Cracked Screen Offer at the time you purchase your New Samsung Product, then the Device Eligibility Requirement stated in Section 5.c above will not apply. Samsung will accept your Trade-In Device as eligible for trade-in even though the screen is cracked, if and only if, your Trade-In Device meets all other Device Eligibility Requirements in Section 5.

Section 5
Yeah I'm going to call them when I get off tomorrow. I've already gotten a text from them saying they need the phone by 9/30.Way longer. As long as you initiated the trade before the deadline you're good. Not your fault the AT&T folks decided to unwrap it and play games on it before they hand it off to Samsung. Lol
I'd probably make a call to check on it though. Thats crazy.

Mine shows just delivered to Fort Worth yesterday 9/1. Hnt even rcvd a we have it notice. but from previous comments...it seems even though it shows "delivered", it still needs to travel to Arlington? Then you rcv the initial we have it email?
I am in the same boat. My FedEx tracking info shows that it was received and signed for on Sept. 1, but I haven't received any notice at all from Samsung.
Yeah got same message about 20 minutes agoI just got the email confirming receipt but says it will take 2/4 days to test and they will advise if it qualifies for trade in...ugh...
You must be fast-tracked. My email says 3-7 business days, which comes to 6-12 calendar days.I just got the email confirming receipt but says it will take 2[-]4 days to test and they will advise if it qualifies for trade in
