Samsung Trade in Program, how quickly does the process work thread.

I gave my trade-in to FedEx on 8/21, it was delivered to Samsung on 8/25. I got the confirmation that Samsung fully accepted it today (8/28).
One week total for me.

Odd mine was also delivered on the 25th and I still haven't received the Fully accepted email. I received one saying it was received but it says they will be testing it to evaluate it's value?

Same. Glad I'm not alone. Thought everyone else was getting theirs approved instantly so was starting to wonder.

mine just arrived in Fort Wirth Texas , so I'll know by next week sometime

Mine arrived in Ft. Worth yesterday, but now its on its way to Arlington, TX?? Is that good or bad? I didnt get any other emails from them.

The FedEx regional processing facility is in Fort Worth and the local FedEx facility for FedEx Ground delivery is in Arlington. The destination facility is in Fort Worth.
It took mine trade-in to travel six days in the Dallas - Fort Worth area, and I shipped local. Go figure.

Yay! Success. Received the 25th by them, received the confirmation email that it was received by them on Aug 27th and received the confirmation the trade in was successful today (Sept 1st). Nice that's done.

My trade-in arrived at a FedEx facility in Ft. Worth Sunday, took a trip to Arlington Monday & was delivered today to Samsung in Ft Worth. Guess that's just their procedure. I haven't received an email yet. I'm sure all is fine.

Ours must have been in the same delivery. That's exactly what mine did.

Got my email today saying it was approved! Always a roll of the dice and I worry but so far never had an issue.

I mailed mine on the 21st. They received it the 26th. I got the email saying the trade in was successful on Tuesday the 1st.

That worries me... I got my "Received by Us" confirmation email on Friday, 9/25 and have heard nothing... they said "5 to 7 Business Days" though - still

I'd wait the 7 business days and then contact them. If you do before, they will probably just say to wait the 7 days.

Mine shows just delivered to Fort Worth yesterday 9/1. Hnt even rcvd a we have it notice. but from previous comments...it seems even though it shows "delivered", it still needs to travel to Arlington? Then you rcv the initial we have it email?

I'd wait the 7 business days and then contact them. If you do before, they will probably just say to wait the 7 days.

I screwed up... my confirmation email was Friday, but the 29th, not the 25th... I feel a whole lot better now - that's two days after you James! If I don't hear something tomorrow or Friday, THEN I should start worrying...

Trade in Question

I selected no cracked screen.

But in actuality, I do have it and I thought I would get it fixed in time. I can't.

250 for no cracked screen
200 for cracked screen

My phone has a cracked screen and a few dark spots. When I sent in my phone will they give me the 200 for cracked screen or lower?
