Not to mention a few are getting tracking info too. It only says there's been a shipping label created, but it's further than we are so far.

I wonder if Samsung wants to show goodwill to their customers as well as get hundreds of thousands of Notes out before the iPhone announcement.

Ive checked the app and refresh it when this pops up and it hasn't changed.

Amy, that is what mine did this morning and then my bank notified me that the charge went through so I went back to the website and now it has reverted back to partially preorder.....

The person in the T-Mobile store last night said they "upgraded" all of their systems on both ends this past weekend. It sounds like they have been having nothing but problems this week with everything.

I'm officially a pre-orderer again. They wouldn't give me a free overnight upgrade for my troubles, but they did waive the standard shipping fee.
Funny(?) thing is...I received the text message this morning about my order being packed and will begin shipping soon. Wow! On a cancelled order no less.
Then, the rep I talked to a few hours ago said that they could have changed the payment information on the order instead of cancelling it. Where was this guy last night??

That might explain the half hour I just wasted on my second attempt preordering today with no success. At least "Mark" was friendly I guess.

Had Samsung.com ever shipped a pre-order before TMobile? Their 3rd party fulfillment company is less than good.

Yeah they haven't, I'm not expecting Samsung orders to ship anytime before September 11 but carriers that's another story as long as Samsung doesn't put any restrictions on carriers to prevent early shipping. May be this time they won't. This time I'm ok if I get Note 8 closer to release date since my essential phone is delivering Friday and will give time to play with it till Not 8 release

We're starting to get things ready! This doesn't necessarily mean any changes to your original shipping estimate. We know you're excited! *JPL

They might be able to ship some earlier if they get them in. But they cant go on record because those that missed out will be crying & dying on message boards.

• If it ships on the scheduled Sept 13th to 15th I will be happy
• If is ships early, then I will be a very happy camper
• If is ships after Sept 15th, then I will be upset becasue I could have just gone to the store and picked it up

I think they charge first. Then, they start creating shipping labels. Then, they laugh at everyone getting all excited thinking their phones are shipping. Then, about a week later they physically ship.

If your charge does not go through, no sense in creating a shipping label. On to the next one!

Define ready to ship...lol. For the S8 and Note 7, people got charged 4 or 5 days before the phone actually shipped. However, TMobile considers 'shipped' as slapping a label on it and marking your account as shipped with tracking number.
