Yes they have 2 accounts on Twitter. @tmobileHelp is T-Force. They are the account to go to that will get things done 24/7. @tmobile is just their social media account. I've always had a great experience with their T-Force team.

That is why a lot of us on here ordered from Samsung.com because they advertised getting it early and shipping on the 11th with overnight shipping which means the 12th or 13th latest. Doesn't make sense why they would allow Tmobile to ship super early but not allow their orders to be shipped for over a week later.

There's a difference between shipping early and being first to ship. I wouldn't worry about who gets it first as long as you get it before launch date

Btw, I think most people ordered it from Samsung because of their $425 trade in reward for previous Note 7 owners. Not because of early shipping

That is what mine shows too. Ships 11th. Wouldn't make sense to let tmobile ship earlier. Especially if the tech blogs and such caught wind. Samsung would rather you buy it from them.

No proof of movement yet. So no they haven't shipped. Sticking a label on a box doesn't count.

Where did you hear that note 7 owners would get theirs before anybody else? Do you know that there are a lot of Note 7 owners who did not order from Samsung? It would be impossible for them to sort out who were Note 7 owners and who weren't and then decide that they would get theirs shipped to them before anybody else.

It's on Samsung site and email they sent out to pre-ordered people.
