T-Mobile: Galaxy Note 8 Pre-Order Thread

Verizon also uses UPS. It's TMobile that is holding things up. I seriously doubt we will get it this week.

There's a lot of UPS flights leaving between 1am-5am tues. Morning. There is still a good chance people who paid for next day delivery get them tomorrow afternoon

12 hours.

The bottom line is they are shipping sooner than what you think. T-Mobile only charges the payment methond when its ready to ship. So think about this your phone might be already on it's way without you knowing. ;)

I think you’re over analyzing this. VZW customers on the thread are saying they have the 5th showing up as the delivery date to their addresses. Period. Have you asked on their thread? Might be a better query for them.

That's why I stopped. I over analyze and over think. If they get them tomorrow, great.

Imagine how active this thread is gonna be once UPS has these phones in hand and we see movement. Just checked ups again for the hell of it

Also, guys, if you portal Online on your T-Mobile is showing your IMEI, is basically meaning that they already assign a phone to your order and can possible mean its shipped already. UPS System gets overwheled during preorders for some reason too.

So, does anyone here have shipping notices from T-MO? I think if you buy the T Mo variant direct from Samsung, they are being shipped. Does anyone know if Samsung direct will let you pay down a certain sum and then they will finance the rest like the carriers do? I’d probably have to call because I don’t see how to do that online.

When you are in the checkout page on samsung.com (viewing your cart) you have two options to proceed: Pay Over Time and Pay In Full.

Were you wanting to trade in one of the accepted devices or just put a down payment on it? Sorry for my misunderstanding. I didn't see anything either for a down payment, probably have to call as you said.

The UPS system isn't overloaded. That hub is Louisville processes hundreds of thousands of packages per hour with very few errors considering that volume.

I've posted this before but I'll post it again...

Origin scans will happen at whatever time/day Tmobile and UPS agreed upon. There are flights all over the country out of Louisville between now and 6am tomorrow morning. If tonight is the night, we should know in the next 4 or 5 hours. I hit the gym at 5am so I won't be able to stay up and see what happens but I'll have to hope that tomorrow morning brings me a UPS notification.

I will be very surprised if we receive any notice that it's about to be delivered. When I got my S8 in April, I received the "Order Processed: Waiting for UPS" notice and then the notice when it was delivered at my doorstep. That was it. Thankfully my husband was home to receive it. I had the next day Air Saver then as I do now.

I see what you're doing there, reverse psychology ;)

Who me?
Lol I just hope somebody gets their phones tomorrow at least we'll know that there delivery was correct and it's not just a bunch of bull but that's really going to hurt if everybody else gets theirs and T-Mobile holds out that's really sad. But really I did hear somebody say that one was using both FedEx and UPS..... maybe it was Samsung!

I saw that on the Verizon post that they use both

I believe it was a VZW user that was getting theirs via UPS. Somebody else chimed in that VZW uses both?

And I'm with you on hoping Samsung direct and VZW users start getting theirs tomorrow. But, if that's the case and TMO is still holding ours in Louisville, you know Twitter is going to blow up on TMO tomorrow! Live by the sword, die by the sword lol :) Maybe if they get enough flack about it they'll just release them
