From the UPS.COM site. I don't know if I buy that "estimate" or not. If it arrives tomorrow I will be ecstatic. This thread just jumped into hyper-drive because some are seeing movement, others finally beat the submission out of a poor Tmo rep that shipping started today.

I post the estimated delivery date, but elsewhere on the page you still see this....

A UPS shipping label has been created. Once the shipment arrives at our facility, the tracking status will be updated.

If the overnighters get theirs tomorrow, then we know Tmo has them moving.

First they gave me the same canned response about the 15th, but I got the new answer of shipping today after a bit of push back with the rep. Still no movement on my end on UPS

I Preordered evening 8/29.I have had shppied listed on Tmobile site since Sat.I paid 24.99 for over night air and my card was charged Friday .I got text from t mobile it was shipped Sat am .But on UPS site lists tracking number and awaiting UPS sine 8/30. No change since.I even have IMEI.what gives?

Mine has est delivery of today but ups has no movement listed. Reached out to TMO and they are saying I should have it today it the date is listed. They are researching now what the deal is.

I read a cool article about Worldport, the UPS facility in Louisville. They chose the location because it's 2 hours away from 75 percent of the population, and 4 hours away from 95 percent of the rest. Plus they process 1.6 million packages a day. Point being, they can get all the overnight orders out of there and on a plane by tomorrow with no problem : )

Yeah my label was created 9/1 and I have an estimated delivery of today 9/5 on both my phones with overnight shipping...so if they ship my phones today I am going to assume I'll get them tomorrow at the earliest.

Sounds like they changed their shipping date and decided to start shipping today. Those close to a hub might get it today. I bet a few tweets and messages got them to change it. There was noting until today, unlike Verizon.

I just refreshed and it's still I process.

Yesterday I sent a very nice e-mail to John Legere's listed e-mail. I just got off the phone with a member of the executive team and he confirmed that pre-order shipments are indeed going out today. Good to see that is consistent with a few of the earlier posts from chats.

Have had the same thing since early this morning. TMO is checking how factual it is now for me.

I noticed on my T-Mobile app that the estimated shipping date is between 9/13-9/15. Is this standard? If that is the case who knows when I'll get my shipping info.

I just checked my T-Mobile app and mine now shows shipped. I ordered JOD on 08/31, and card was charged today. I don't show a tracking number yet, but I would guess since I paid for overnight shipping that I will receive the device possibly tomorrow.

I remember for the s8 plus I got a origin scan around 145am and the phone was delivered to me from Kentucky all the way to New York that afternoon. we're definitely getting devices tomorrow FYI I paid for the 24.99 shipping both times

Great. I'm now in limbo of having my card charged and still being PartiallyPreOrder. T-Mobile is really annoying me with this launch. My ship date is still 9/13-9/15. Better change soon...
