T-Mobile: Galaxy Note 8 Pre-Order Thread

should I call customer service my Tmobile still say shipping is 9/13 to 9/15 and I see the websites for shipping has changed to 9/5 9/7 are they going by what your order say even tho I paid for over night shipping ?
 
So, my wife and I pre-ordered two Note 8's on 09/01. Up until earlier today, saw "pre-order shipping 09/13-09/15." I got a text from my credit card company, Barclay Bank, that they denied transaction due to possible fraud alert. This is literally the first time I have ever had a potential fraud alert. Within two minutes I called Barclay bank, and told them this is a legitimate order. They cleared teh block, and told me that I would need to contact T-Mobile to re-attempt. I call T-Mobile and talk with a lady and she saw the denied charge. I explain it was the bank who blocked it, and has since removed the block. The Te-Mobile girl had me re-read my credit card info. I specifically asked if this would impact our order, and not put us at the end of the order queue (keep in mind it had only been max 15 minutes from the denied transaction until I had proactively re-verified with her that my bank was good to go.) Somewhere this afternoon, now my order shows "Order status: Backordered
Estimated to ship: 10/03/2017-10/17/2017." I get it, that they need paying customers, however am not very happy with basically being automated to the back of the line with no grace of at least a few minutes to clear up something that could happen to anyone at their banks discretion.
 
Just check my tmobile account and it has changed from 9/13-9/15 to ships by 9/5 so definitely expecting a origin scan tonight with a delivery tomorrow ☺

The Samsung promotion ends on 9/24 too
 
Mine has updated to a delivery date for Wednesday as well. Everyone should start seeing movement.
 
Finally got my tracking number. Just like everyone else: Ordered processed: Ready for UPS.
 
Waiting until Friday for my Note 8. I'll definitely take a week before launch... Would have been nice to have it today or tomorrow.
 
What the T-Mobile website says is irrelevant, that's their best guess at when it will ship. What you need to be looking for is your UPS tracking to be out of the "Order Processed:Ready for UPS" mode with a delivery date. That's the sign of movement. If it's not out of that status, even if you have a delivery date from UPS it basically means nothing concrete, it's just their estimate. We saw this with the Note 7 as well, and several people's UPS tracking added dates for today without a status change, and they aren't getting their devices today unfortunately.

I'm trying to be patient and stop looking at my UPS app, but it's hard lol

I'm in the same boat. T-Mobile says delivery date of 9/5, but "Order Processing" on UPS. I hope you're right about delivery tomorrow!
