Wtf. Now what happens? I don't really like Apple but I might consider it. I might also consider switching to the S7 Edge.Yup
and now CPSC says they must approve the new device

I don't know what this means but I pulled it directly from T-Mobiles website. I don't have a note 7 but I have being staying up to date on what's going on because my wife does.
Don't know if this is for replacements due to the recall or when it will go back on sale officially.

You sure you talked to a T-Force supervisor? They generally have to call you back and many work from home. Seems odd that Samsung would tell them that when Samsung is doing refund or exchange.
But none the less, that seems like an exchange, no matter how they are processing it in their system with your Jump reset. For people that do a Jump, JOD or EIP, they might have to fool the system to get the upgrade date back and to not burn an upgrade. There is also the issue of people that haven't turned in their device yet. The have to correct that because it is more than a date since the upgrade closes out the previous device and it isn't paid for yet. Their system might require an exchange so it does reset the upgrade.
Glad you got that clarified and no one will be hit with paying something out of pocket they didn't expect.
Of course I'm sure it was T-force I had been bugging them with inbox or direct messages on Facebook and Twitter and just message them both to have a Supervisor call me it'll one of the sources did my wishes. I threatened to leave for Sprint. And they called me to my cell. Refund and repurchase is the official process!!!!!
Well... We can play it both ways. They could make the process faster to get everybody off the old note 7. I don't see why they would prolong the process and making people hold it longer. I mean if Samsung can prove or used a proven battery that's already in used Noe and that's what's in the newer note 7. Process could be faster being approved. So...Samsung has just said CPSC MUST APPROVE THE NEW DEVICE
Guys i have a feeling we will not be seeing the new Note 7 anytime soon.
Same. I may go to the S7 Edge or S7. I like the look of the iPhone but I don't like the absence of the physical button or headphone jack.Well now that it looks like replacements won't be out for awhile I'll go ahead and return it and order the Iphone 7 Plus next week then unless some break news comes in and I hear we are getting replacements still.
If replacement dates are changing, there will be an announcement. There is nothing to indicate it will take them a long time to determine if the new ones are safe.Wtf. Now what happens? I don't really like Apple but I might consider it. I might also consider switching to the S7 Edge.
Ok, because T-Force doesn't call often, they will, but not often. I thought your post was saying a 611 Rep transferred you.Of course I'm sure it was T-force I had been bugging them with inbox or direct messages on Facebook and Twitter and just message them both to have a Supervisor call me it'll one of the sources did my wishes. How is the S7 Edge compared to the Note 7?Went ahead and switched back to the S7 Edge at my local store. Didn't need box or accessories. The store manager made sure I didn't lose a Jump for my JOD and that my bill was credited for the first payment on the Note 7. Pretty painless and just nothing more to worry about now.

I think I might go for it. It hasn't had any reported issues like the Note 7 and is very similar.Very similar IMO. Same internals (camera, processor, etc.) You lose a little screen size but you gain a little battery. If you don't use the s-pen, you'll love it.
Oh I am sure they have been pumping those new replacement since lastweek or early this week.Yea but did they start making replacements yet? Imagine they did and CPSC says they don't approve of them and they lose even more money.
Where did you get that information from the new updated ones would have a special Marking? Not doubting you it'd just like to see the source?Well that's the recalled one. Weird they shipped that
