As long as it arrives in your area, they accept your hold request, and your customer service center is open, then yes, you should be able to.

They say overnight, but when they ship they send thru next day air saver which is also overnight but delivers only on weekdays. My past few T-Mobile phones were all ups next day air saver.

I usually receive them on weekends. But again I usually always finalize with usps. It's just my area thing. Ups as well as fedex, doesn't make runs unless it's a big order enough to fill the truck. Usually they auto farm to usps.

More than likely, you won't see a change until after you receive email/text or in some cases after you actually receive device.

Why people not listening..REPS not going to tell you if they shipping early..Do you know how hectic would be if they say something and people go out and spread it and they end up wrong? All reps will tell you is the standard date 18 and be lucky if they ship early

Sorry to disappoint everyone I'm on the phone with T-Mobile rep she also ordered a note 7 he's been checking everyday turns out they got a message from Samsung letting they know not to ship until the 18th. I guess I'll have to wait.

That means we will possibly get it Monday if we get any tracking info today or Tuesday. Just waiting for that one person to post that they got a tracking number just like when they posted they got charged lol. Then the fun begins again.
