I'll mention again. I'm not a troll. Let's focus on the issue here were trying to figure out when our phones will be in. I'll be glad to post any updates I get. I'm really hoping ups will provide more info later on today.

My account also shows that my Note 7 lease started 8/14.
If they held back they have no choice. They would prefer being first.
I b know some times with next day. They won't show anything more than , shipping processed, then straight to delivered. Not always enough time to update.Mine went from Waiting for Ups to Exception to Exception/in transit. It's not showing picked up which is weird it just went straight to in transit. Maybe the ups system is goofed up. Usually it would show in transit sit and city state en route detail.
Also when I ordered they assured me I wouldn't be charged until the phone ships.I would disregard what the reps say. Based on all the comments on here, the reps are obligated to mention the 18/19th dates to cover themselves. Frustrating though with these odd updates from tmobile and incomplete ups in transit updates without delivery date estimates etc.
So all of us will probably have our phones later today then. UPS wouldn't be saying it'll be delivered today if it wasn't going to be delivered today. Side note, I just received an email from T-Mobile saying my new account has been activated. I added 2 additional lines and ordered Note 3 phones for them. So since the lines are active as of today, they must have expected the phones to arrive today. Combine that with UPS saying the phones will be delivered by end of day today and I'm pretty confident it'll be arriving tonight. And then tomorrow (or later tonight) the tracking info will magically be updated after the fact.
I called about doing that. They told me it won't make a difference because since the package hasn't gone into transit it won't delay anything.I went into UPS MY Choice and changed it back to shipping to my home. All i did was remove the alternate shipping locations and it defaults to the home address. How long did it take to show that change on your My UPS?
