Well I just spoke to the mobile manager at BB. He said most likely I will need to pay full price for the phone if it comes out on the 24th since thats 8 days past my 30 day limit. He said he would try but, doesnt think its going to work. :-(

Yea, well I'm still on a Blackberry Tour that gets that stupid clock with the second hand everytime I'm on the internet.....do you know how long it takes me to get AC up on my BB?? 2 more weeks will feel long but its a hell of a lot better than TBD!

Well first of all, do you have a "crap" phone that you can use as a placeholder for 8 or so days? You can activate it to your number for free.

Idk about your specific question though. Can't really answer it with real confidence. Sorry =/

Betcha anything Steve Jobs made Verizon launch it exactly 14 days after the iPhone in order to lock in the new iPhone users with the new 14-day return policy (which I'm CERTAIN Jobs also had a hand in implementing).

Buy an iPhone on the 10th, then when the hot new 4G phones drop (curiously) exactly 14 days later you are already locked into your iPhone contract, courtesy of Steve Jobs

Exactly. And it just goes to show android is better and even Steve knows it. If he honestly believed and was confident that he had a superior product, he would not have to do this.

I'm gonna go pickup a MyTouch4G from T Mobile tomorrow...it's specs are very close to the Thunderbolt, maybe even better on the speed aspect as we have their 4G in my area as opposed to only 3G for VZW right now.

Since T Mobile is handing out free phones, I talked to the local store manager and you have 20 calendar days to take it back...if there's a "problem"...

I was at the verizon corporate store today talking to a rep and she showed me the accessories for the TB that they just got in, but she said the phone haven't come in yet. O yea and I asked her about LTE pricing and she said its more than liking going to stay the same to compete with other carriers and not to mention verizon subscribers already pay more for their great service.

From what I was told by a VZW sales guy, the phones never arrive until the night before sale time.

No just the cases they had for it... I think there was a clear blue, clear purple, clear reddish/pinkish, and they also the rubberized belt clip case.

I'm tempted to get the Droid X just to get use to the form factor though from the Wirefly video it looks like the Fascinate is the closest to form just with smaller screen.

How does the return policy work, i just take back the phone i bought and just pay the restocking fee?

Basically that's how it goes. Just remember the return period is down to 14 days now. You'll get your money back aside from the restocking fee.

so i bought it on the 7th, i have until close of business on the 21st to return it?
