I would be pissed if I was on the Price is Right and I lost because the guy after me clipped me by .01 cents
I'm more interested in what 1-year contract pricing from Verizon will be. Too bad we don't have any word on that yet (or anything else for that matter)

If 2-yr cost holds at $250, expect $329.
Hopefully they don't try to keep people out of a 1yr contract by either not offering it or overcharging for it.
yea i'm hoping they allow 1 year contract, and isn't $70 they usually add to the 2 year price for a 1 year so that would be more like $319 would be awesome if this whole $250 crap was wrong and it was $199 for 2 year and like $269 - $279 for a 1yr but sure doesn't look that way

Several weeks back rumor was that 2-year price is $249, 1-year price is $329
You're right, normally they add $70 for knocking a year off the contract, but in this case it appears it will be $80 instead:

As I mentioned a few posts up, I'm still expecting and planning on $329... but would be quite pleased if it turned out to be less
My plan is too pick it up from BB before we open. Set it up, then get it personalized and working by the time we open our doors. Then i can slack off all day playing with it

So coming in as a new customer to VZ, I'm gonna have to pay $249 w/ 2yr contract regardless of where I get it right?

With my company discount, it only costs $53.xx per month for data + voice. I don't text.
If VZ data is more then $30, this should be very easy decision (AT&T).

Verizon has yet to announce anything. All we're doing here is squabbling for any scraps we can find and trying to piece together what we canPlan on $250, pray for $199!
I think this isn't the right thread for this since you already created one.... Also, the general consensus is that 4G pricing is the same as 3G pricing. So assuming it will be more than $30 is just ridiculous.

Not for us, I'm sure. As far as HTC is concerned, the Thunderbolt has been announced and they are gearing up for MWC tomorrow.
I highly doubt that. VZW is just waiting for the I-sheep to be locked in past their return period. Release dates usually fall on a Thursday as well.
