Not today as far as i know. Launch dated was stated to me a bb,vzw,and a source outside of both as being on the 28th last night. Who knows.

I'm waiting patiently for the phone to be released and all the beta testers (first time buyer) to find any bugs. I'm another one who is switching from AT&T to VZW. But unlike most on here, my iPhone broke so I'm stuck with a Go Phone for now. I can make calls but that's about it. It's only been a week without my smartphone, but I'm not sure the withdrawl symptoms will ever subside.

I see a lot of people going from the Storm to the Thunderbolt, myself included. Really really really hope this phone is not another Storm!

My first post here, but I have been following this thread for awhile now. Chalk me up as another current 22 month Storm 1 survivor who is anxiously awaiting a Tbolt. From everything I am reading, I can't go wrong switching from a Blackberry to Android, so I am counting my days.

I went into a go wireless (verizon retailer) store yesterday and was talking to them about the TB. The assistant manager went in the back and came out with a dummy TB and a pamphlet for the TB that he gave me. He also said the phone will be $299. I questioned the price. He said there will be a $50 mail in rebate. So take that for what it is.
The funny thing is there was someone else that started looking at the dummy model he brought out for me. The assistant manager told him he we get a pamphlet for him and the manager yelled at him. He told him he isn't allowed to give them out yet. So I pushed mine into my pocket real fast.

No they didn't get it. They have to come back and pick it up when it's available. I emailed the store to ask them if they were going to post the winner and when will they get the phone but no reply. At the time they did not give a date.

Also, I was there for the raffle and I did not win
