Again, no disrespect to you, OP We appreciate the info and thanks for sharing, mate. But every time we see a thread with a title like this, we all go nuts and open it as fast as possible... only to find more hearsay and rumor

I know many on the forums see all of the conversations as "negative press", but is it really? In the world of marketing and for a company like Verizon what they are getting is press you cannot pay for...

Agreed. Additionally, we should remember that for every one of us who have been "in on" this whole fiasco since day-1 (approx Feb 14 LOL ), there are thousands who have just joined-in or will join-in in the upcoming week and for them the wait will be routine! Very tolerable!

I feel the same way. As I have said before, I sold my phone on Ebay in expectations of this phone coming out a long time ago. Luckily I had a friend with a phone I can borrow until it comes out, but this is getting ridiculous. I had to get a fellow forum go-er here to talk me out of taking advantage of those Droid deals they have right now.

This is getting ridiculous.

I would not go for Droids (other than the DInc I have). I want the new line of phones esp for Skype. I know most ppl here don't care about Skype. But I am looking forward to it though it will not be a dealbreaker for me even if it is not included. There is always fring or Tango .. so that I can talk/chat with my friends and relatives overseas.

And most people don't like Verizon's Skype Mobile but I do as it lets me make calls on 3G while regular Skype does not.

I guess each person's needs is unique.

Call it as you see it, but I think this article adds more stability on the 3/10 release rumors. Apparently HTC was pissed about Big Red not even giving out a release according to this article.

In the vein of not likely to do anything, but can't hurt to try. Has anyone looked up the President Verizon Wireless Daniel S Meade or Verizon CFO Fran Shammo to email them like others do to Jobs?

I am just saying some properly worded emails of interest (read: not snarky or rude emails) could put some pressure on the lever.

This idea was mentioned by someone a few days ago on one of the threads. The common consensus was that these bigwigs often don't have time to read the emails and most probably have people working for them who filter the emails for them. So most probably our emails won't meet their eyes.

So I just saw a T-Mobile commercial for the Galaxy S and they say "it is a dream within a dream". So looks like they got their dream phone.

Now I am waiting for an ATT commercial where two people look to the sky and see the gray thunderclouds and say, "looks like a thunderstorm is coming". Then the clouds blow over and the sun comes out and one says, "not any time soon".

I strongly believe Apple is still behind the delays of TB's launch and VZW is just making lame excuses like the phones has compatibility problems to their new LTE network and phone has battery problem etc! I think Apple is afraid that TB might outsell their Iphone! c'mon VZW release the THUNDERBOLT!

As much as I love to bash iPhones, I do not think that is the case here.
