I'm definitely keeping mine. Coming from WinMo, it's a world's difference in the overall satisfying experience. The learning curve is minimal and ease of use is completely user specific, which in my case, is very high.
I certainly respect the OP's need for not having to tweak things. For him, I would recommend WebOS (which I LOVE!) or iOS (which is ultimate the benchmark of idiot-proof ease-of-use, no offense intended). I got the Thunderbolt not just for what it wants to offer me, but its underlying, unfulfilled potential, whatever it might end up being. So there, I'm definitely keeping my ThunderBolt.
No offense taken. Most people need some things in their lives to be "idiot-proof', I guess a cell phone is mine.
