For all who are getting tracking how early did you order? Did mine yesterday, had to change it due to address being typed on wrong and I was told by the first person I ordered from I'd have Tuesday.

Thanks all. Had my reorder placed about 10pm last night, no charge on card yet and no movement. My case I ordered at same time will be here Tuesday, so I guess I can pretend I have a note 8 lol. Am I the only one who has issue after issue ordering phones from VZW? 13th time in 7 years for me.

I had a hell of a time with my pre-order. Took two orders(one canceled and then the reorder) and 5(!) phone calls for various reasons, like the 3-digit code being entered wrong on my credit card so my order was in hold all the way to them paying off the wrong phone so that I could do the trade in and get credit for my iPhone 7 Plus. I did get my $30 activation fee waved though, so I guess that helps. And mine has shipped so that’s good!

Verizon store just told me that my phone will be there on 04 Sept, but that they can't release it until the 15th (when the phone is officially launched). What's the point in pre-ordering if you can't have it when it arrives?

I ordered at 8/24 1:58 AM, I had tried two times before and got an error when I placed the order. Third time was the charm, I guess the site was just backed up.

i got that during the pixel launch last year ticked me odd so bad i was able to get on google quicker than from verizon

Just got one Verizon website & had a chat with a representative. I told her that people's trackers have delivery dates that are be15 Sept. Her response was "that's neat". I said " it contraindicates what you're saying - who has the right answer? She said "I do - they won't receive the phones at their homes prior to the 15ththe manufacturer has a hold on them until the 15th". According to her, nobody's getting them before 15 Sep, regardless of what your emails say.

Just spoke with Verizon sales dept... wanted to see what kind of deal they could offer if I canceled my BB preorder. Answer was nothing lol and he argued with me repeatedly that the phones weren't shipping early (they ship 9/12 lol) whatever, but so irritating when I have clearly seen others shipping already

Bunk. Fedex wouldn't put out arrival dates for 1,000.00 phones to be delivered of Sept 5th. too risky and too bad for business. Now, I've wondered if it may have been accidental, all of these early shipments. But the manufacturer isn't in possession of them anymore; as FEdex shows them, well at least mine which is 800 gazillion miles from me right now, as 'picked up'.

I remain skeptical of all those who are getting it on Tuesday. Phones are never delivered that far out from release day. I'm sure it'll be held in a warehouse somewhere until the 13th or 14th. The last phone I preordered, the S7 edge, I had it delivered the day before release day, and it sat in a warehouse for a week before delivery.

Yeah they have no clue what they are talking about. Verizon already confirmed they were shipping them out early.
