So just got off the phone with Verizon they have already shipped out stock to the stores. They are expecting them to arrive no later then the 21st. I would check with your retail store everyday till then.

So this is only for people that bought the phone before September 15 right?
 
That's what I was told. They aren't selling them yet. They are getting people their replacement devices first.

Thanks and one last question..do you need to show your receipt to replace it, like show that you did pre order and got the phone before the 15 of September?

It would probably make it faster for you in the store but probably not necessary as you can find your receipts in myverizon.
 
Mrocha85, They are talking about the battery icon displayed in the info area at the top next to the clock when your display is on.
I understood it to be this that would be green

Just got through to corporate phone support. Their system is still saying on hold (according to this rep) and not able to do anything yet. Again pointing to the website to see if the phone is available. They just don't know anything yet. Probably won't be until tomorrow we really see what the Verizon plan is. Or maybe next week since it is iPhone festival starting Friday.
 
Woohoo! Now I just hope Verizon will have it available & in the color I purchased my Note... Sexy silver! 😊
 
does anyone know the combo of menu items to get to talk to a human at the local Verizon store?

I just hit 000 when it first starts talking then asks me what I want I saw customer service twice and put in my pin. Then bam a person.
