Just called several stores and most are saying the 21st, one counter jockey told me not until the end of the month. :-\
I just went through chat option and ordered replacement. Only part i didnt like was paying the taxes today and getting refund when old phone is returned.
Did you tell them that the Verizon website specifically states that the phones will be available 9/21?My Verizon store in El Dorado, AR says they haven't heard one thing from Samsung and probably won't have anything for this week. Wtf!

OK, so they don't read what's on their own website, smmfhTold them that and what Samsung said and they said basically we haven't heard that and we work here.
Same here, and honestly, I have NO confidence I'll be seeing my phone tomorrow as promised.
I have been just watching this forum but wanted to post. I was on the phone an hour with them this morning and she would have given me a Note 7 IF I had a loaner within the last 14 days, but refused to exchange my Note 7 for another Note 7. Said I had to go in store, no other options.
Again with Verizon it's been one story after another depending on which CSR you spoke with. I have the same N7 I preordered on 08/19 and I've got FedEx shipping confirmation that my replacement will be here tomorrow before noon. IMO Verizon has really fumbled the ball here for lots of folks.

Will anyone have any luck getting a replacement today (Tuesday) at a Verizon corporate store?
Holy crap! I called my local store and of course got the standard "no phones and no idea when" line. Called a branch close to my work and she went and looked and said, "yep, we have some. All 3 colors"... Just got back now. Transaction went smooth from giving back my S7E and back to Note 7. Also gave a $25 account credit. Nothing out of pocket today at all.
I'm still in shock. I'm at work so haven't been able to check anything except the box said Made in Korea.
I don't understand why you keep posting over and over on 9/20 that you can't get the replacement that will be available 9/21. The date is clearly 9/21 in store, as advertised. Some have called today and done a phone replacement, but the in store date has been known to be 9/21.
Go to the store TOMORROW and get your new phone. I am not sure what else you want here ...
Did they just exchange or did they have to refund and charge you all over again?
