@Sullie714 ATM there is no OTA available for LMY48Y, meaning if you accepted the last security update pulling the SIM and doing the FDR will yield you nothing.

Still waiting for the OTA update on my Nexus 6. I bought the phone unlocked from Amazon and have been using it on T-Mobile's network. Anyone have any recommendations? Are they still in rolling out?

Yes, they are still sending out the OTA update. My nephew purchased his N6 in September 2015 from Google and got the update just last week.

Not sure...I finally got my November update halfway through the damn month. Still no telling when I'm going to see Marshmallow.

I got the November update very early on, but still no MM. I can't find anything suggesting AT&T is even working on it either.

I have MM on my n6. Bought it on Swappa and had MM on it and I have my att sim card in it. My nexus 5 got the update about a week after mm was announced and it too had my att sim card in it.

Not to hijack a thread but all those with att on n6 is your signal bars steady full or have you noticed anything different. My note 4, nexus 5 and og moto x all have steady full bars with my sim card but the n6 doesn't. Either full or 4 bars and times disappears and comes back.

i have an unlocked nexus 6 i picked up back in October. I flashed the Marshmallow October factory image to it back then....I'm still running it. I've not yet received a November update OTA. Is this just a case of ATT screwing me over? Will I ever get an update OTA?

Same here. Waiting for T-Mobile update I will be old and gray. I too now unlocked my bootloader and sideload all future updates on day 1 now.

Instead of flashing a factory image search for flashing the OTA script. Allows you to manually update the same OTA info and doesn't wipe data.

I tried that. Google search was useless as it is now. It needs a zip file which does not exist because there is no OTA update. Only a tgz file that are factory images which I unzipped and then tried that zip file and it did not work.

If you have proper instruction to flash a "factory image" tgz file as a OTA update it would be great? I could not find it online.

To be fair, it's better to do staggered roll out to catch and kill bugs early before everyone gets them. Having said that, it's been what, 2+ months now and many still don't have 6.0 on unbranded Nexus 6 (including me)? This isn't right and Google had all the time in the world to verify there aren't "show stopping" bugs. There's no excuse at this point.

Well marshmallow has to be the first update by Google that's almost bug free no major issues with it and that's what I mean it's almost like Google wants everyone to get the nexus 6p to enjoy marshmallow. I just got the 6.0.1 update

I agree, AT&T should have never been able to take over the Nexus 6 updates, and the worst part is that it doesn't even matter if you bought your phone from Google, Motorola, or AT&T they treat them all as if there AT&T specific models.
