hell no does the v30 have a s pen ....hell no an the UI is still a hot mess already ordered my n8
Well then, we have gone from presumptuous to flat out wrong. The V30 isn't the first phone with an OLED display by LG.
I'm getting the Note 8, but if the V30 has the 600MHz band for T-mobile then I'll jod to that since my area is getting the new coverage by the end of the year if T-mobile pulls through.
No idea, does not make any sense to me.Why would I spend almost a grand for a Note 8 to play with for just a few months before buying a cheaper LG V30?
Cant help but be disappointed in the Note 8. Sure it has 6gb instead of 4gb and an S Pen compared to the s8+, but im underwhelmed. At least as an S8+ owner. The smaller battery is also a turn off. I ordered on JOD anyway since its $0 down but im more hyped for the v30. First OLED phone display, great design, quad dac, dual screen. Anyone else killing time?

Agreed. It's not just about the lens or sensor, either. The image processing has a lot to do with the picture quality.I'm unconvinced of the V30 camera capabilities until we see how it really performs. They've given lots of buzzwords before.
Qualcomm issued a qualifying statement to their 835 compatibility statement. To be 600mhz compatible a phone needs to have enabling hardware and the Note8 and neither S8 model has that hardware. They will never be 600 MHz capable. No software upgrade will be able to make them so.The Note 8 will have band 71/600mhz band as well. It's compatible with the Snapdragon 835.

Hmm, they state on their website otherwise. I hope I'm right, not for my sake but for T-Mo users.
That looks to be from 4/25 -- It has changed since then.

Oh crap Samsung Pay! This might be the thing (besides the SPen) that keeps me on a Note.Nope. I'll still get the V30 but Samsung will still be top for me cuz of Samsung Pay and the SPen.
