They've always said that we could do returns online or in store. What game are they playing?
Our stores cannot do a return or exchange on the Note 8 yet.
Because the phone isn’t available for us to sale yet (In-store) our registers and the computers we use to activate the phones, will not process the Note 8 at all in store.
