Im sick and tired of getting 'Will ship soon' emails.
I ordered on the 16th, I spoke to Essential support on Tuesday 22nd who told me 'orders will start shipping from Tomorrow'
Today, Thursday 24th, I have been given the 'will begin to ship this week' generic email from 3 different support staff.
Its really p1ss poor to tell people it will ship within 7 days if they order now, happily take their money (yes, the full amount has gone from my bank account) and have not apologised that their initial 7 day promise has been and gone... and right now they cant be anymore specific than 'will begin shipping...'
It would take 1 minute for them to draft a generic 'we are sorry, we wont meet the 7 day window, we will ship as soon as possible' email. Saying nothing to people who have backed you and have ordered early, thats just crap customer support.
