Mines still processing. I ordered October 2nd . Guess it was a mistake to order direct from huawai. There are a lot of people already received and using there phone that ordered well after I did... Smh

Google just got a batch of Graphite in stock. All GB levels. I ordered a 64gb, ship by Nov 12. Cancelling my Huawei order.

I am tempted to do the same. Talked to huawai today. They say they will ship next week. Not so sure I believe them.

I tried to cancel, but live chat isn't working and phone support hung up on me. And I don't believe them. The communication has been balls.

Just give it a little longer. I ordered my 64GB aluminium 6P on October 8th and it shipped the 28th but I have yet to receive tracking info but I noticed a lot of others have. Weird.

Hopefully yours will ship soon.

I agree. Live chat hasn't worked for me in a while now. I tried to switch from graphite to aluminum a couple weeks ago and they said can't be done. Gotta cancel order and reorder if I want aluminum instead. Overall not real impressed with huawai sales. Won't order from them again.

Just got a tracking number for the 5th from ups. Ordered the 6th. Works out perfect bc Google fi sim comes in on the 4th and the phone the 5th.

Update for those that care. I was one of the people that had the order saying completed when I checked the status, but no tracking. Well tonight I finally got the UPS tracking number in an email. Still no number on Huawei's status page. I purchased it October 1. Says it'll be delivered by early next week.

Edited: I wrote Sept 1, changed to October 1. Der.

I ordered mine on 10/20, and got the shipped email on 10/28. 128 GB Aluminum.

To update on this one, got an email last night from UPS. Mine is delivering on 11/3.

I'm happy for you but what a bunch of crap. I ordered October 2 nd and still processing for my order. Meanwhile, people ordering from Google and getting it next day... Screw huawai . I'm canceling from them and getting one elsewhere

Did you order aluminum? I ordered graphite and seems like they are the ones not being shipped
