ordered on 10/16, 32gb Graphite version. Finally got the email last night that it was shipped. But no tracking information. Seems kinda common with Huawei and their shipments of N6P

I just received an email from Huawei saying that the 32GB Graphite I ordered on 10/19 has shipped. No tracking information yet but it sounds like that might come in a separate email from the shipper. Order shows 'complete' when I check the Huawei website.

Hopefully, this means others who ordered around the same date will be getting some good news soon as well!

Update: I just received tracking information from UPS. Shipped from Ft. Worth, TX today, 11/3. It'll be delivered on Thursday, 11/5. So, they shipped the next day after I received the email from Huawei.

I also just got the email from UPS that it has shipped. So they shipped next day for me too. My estimated delivery is Monday. I'm on the east coast and it shipped from TX.

Got an email tonight from UPS. Phone is shipping from Ft Worth, Tx. Should arrive by Friday.

I've been waiting since last week when they sent me an email that it was shipped with a tracking number to be delivered Thursday. So about a half an hour ago, just past midnight I got another notification that it'd be delivered tomorrow, a day earlier!... Or so I thought. They tricked me because it's past midnight EST so technically tomorrow is Thursday. I know most of you are like me and are overly excited about getting our phones. I'm like a little kid on Christmas.

Edit: wanted to post that I ordered on October 1.

The Huawei site now says the phone is available for purchase. Should I cancel my pre-order and reorder now? Would it make a difference to order now in terms of quality control, being out of the pre-order stage?

The shipping date says early to mid December. If I were you I wouldn't cancel.

My initial order from the 27th is still processing with EDT of the 4th weelk of November. I don't mind waiting, since the case I want comes out later. I just want to know if the fact that it's available for purchase now instead of pre-order will make a difference in quality control. My main concern at this point is I get a phone with no issues.

Called to talk to Huawei about a refund thinking I'd go with a 5x from Google. They told me once I canceled I would see my refund in about 14 days. So I questioned that. I was put on hold and then was told I should be receiving a shipped email in the next day or two. Seems there are quite a few cancelations Huawei is processing. I'm in a position where I need to RMA my Moto Nexus 6 but in order to do so I need my new Nexus because I'm using Google Fi.

When I cancelled they told me the same about how long it would take to get the refund, but mentioned to call my credit card company if I "wanted the refund sooner".

Im guessing they are basically telling me to call the credit card and have them dispute the charge so I wont have to pay the bill, and by the time the dispute window is closed the actual credit from Huawei will be there.

All in all Im disappointed in both Huawei and Googles handling of orders and pre-orders. But the better of the two seems to be Google.

cancelled my order 64gb graphite. Huawei sent out a email saying it was mailed Monday, then I call today asking for the tracking number. Cs said oh they will send you one once its shipped but it hasn't left the facility yet. Ridiculous, so you telling me the email lied and I will not be getting it this week. cancel!

Well I guess I shouldn't expect anything any time soon. I just ordered mine (128 Aluminum) on 11/3 not knowing about the delays going on thinking I'd get it before the end of next week. I ordered it to ship to my parents house which I will be visiting next week thinking it would arrive there and I'd be able to play with it. My order status went straight to processing when I first ordered it from Huawei using the payment plan to build up my credit. Being in Processing is good right? What do you folks think of it maybe shipping earlier than early to mid December?

[Edit] After I posted this I got lucky and was able to chat with a Huawei representative. I asked him very useless questions, i apologize.
