Update: I so far seem to have fixed the touch input delay by doing a hard reset.
The WiFi issue on the other hand is still there in force. I can't keep a constant WiFi connection on any access point no matter what proximity or signal strength. It doesn't seem to drop the connection but rather seems to be shutting off the WiFi radio and turning it back on immediately. I happened to be in the WiFi settings a couple times when it did it, it stated it was turning WiFi off, then promptly stated it was turning WiFi on again. It does this regardless of what the phone is doing. I can't watch any streaming content without interruption and large files are coin toss as to if they will download completely before the connection is killed and restarted. VERY ANNOYING
Edit: Spoke to soon, touch input delay is BACK!
