Before updating this one should I flash the last firmware from ATT that you posted or can I just go from the BT6 firmware to this one?

You can do it , you don't need C2, all you do so your data doesn't wipe put all the tar files in the slots it goes in and on slot CSC put HOME_CSC instead of CSC that way it will upgrade your firmware to TC9 with no data wipe , and also make sure you don't use USER_DATA. Last slot stays empty.

If he's willing to flash N970USQU3CTC9 on AT&T Which Verizon and Sprint released OneUI 2.1, I Can get it Just remember AT&T most likely throw a higher April patch OneUI 2.1 , So up to him if he wants to flash i can get it.
EDT: This means if once AT&T rolls out there OTA April Patch you won't receive it unless AT&T decides to go with the above firmware then you will get OTA for May patch, but if it's a Different April Patch firmware they throw no OTA till i get the AT&T April Patch.

Ok np , to be honest your not missing much with 2.1, So Waiting Is Good as well, but once AT&T rolls there's out i will be getting it and link it here once Odin files are available from where i get it,

You can , sprint is (spr) if att rolls out a different build number later you just need to flash to that

So to use this Sprint update on my Att phone, I just flash all the tar files as usual, use the home csc and skip the user data?
