@Conski: Assuming that you only ran the unRevoked routine, and that you didn't load a custom ROM or delete any bloatware, just pull the battery, and your phone should come right back up. From there, you can do the manual download and install; note that "applysdcard:update.zip" is an option on the custom ClockWork menu. Also be advised that on first boot after applying the update, your Evo will sit on the "Android hopping out of a box" screen for a long time (well over 3 minutes for me) - be patient and let it sit.

Initially, the frame rate was capped by the Evo's firmware, so that higher frame rates weren't possible. This impacted the perceived smoothness of various applications and tasks on the handset.
