I want to make you a sale! I'm glad I got another cm7 update for my thunderbolt, but "new" development has pretty much come to a halt as of late.Boy I sure am glad I didn't "rent" a Razor or Rezound!
Why, it's not like this is postponed til Jan. 13 or something. I think Verizon held it up cuz of legality questions, as reported earlier. They're probably just consulting their attorneys to see if launching would create a wide scale problem should the gov. start filing court docs. cuz they violated terms of their purchase agreement, regarding their customers rights.
I also find that suspicious.

Verizon employee just called me and said Dec 9th is no longer the release date from the email they received.
Oh, no. Don't let the lawyers get involved with this, we won't see a release until after the first of the year, if those vultures start their billing clocks...

I wish man I don't work for VZW but my best friend does. He gets all his info from me as we all know most reps are clueless, and he's no exception. Anyways he just called me saying they had them in so I went and checked it out. They have no idea when they can actually sell the damn thing though.
I've got a RAZR right now but the minute I can get the Nexus activated its going up for sale on eBay!

The RAZR going up for sale as soon as the Nexus is available for sale. I bought the RAZR before they changed to return date to Jan so its mine now. Its frustrating to see it in my hand and my best friend can't sell it to me. Hate VZW!!! But damn the network is just too good.
Maybe they'll stop being odd about this release and instead of a delay, they'll announce it's available tomorrow. Not likely whatsoever, but I don't rule anything out with this company anymore.
My family has been with AT&T for over 5 years, but we decided to make the move to Verizon this Thanksgiving. My parents moved over first (since their contracts were done) and I am planning to make the move when Verizon releases the Nexus. Our Rep is very kind and worked with our bargaining and he promised to make a deal when my sister and I make the move over (i.e. he's waiving activation on our phones and whatever else we can bargain for).
He just told my mom that they have a demo Nexus in store that I could come check out, but is unsure when they will be receiving them.

Hmmm, my friend's Thunderbolt's 4G just went out, in a spot where it has worked since he got it. He hasn't been able to get it back on. I've also heard other talk of a nationwide 4G outage. Maybe this has something to do with this supposed delay?
