Use the newest 4.1.2 based ones...
Get the picasa sync ones.
The one without doesn't include a gallery since many ROMs include Cramera hacks (AOKP INCLUDED).
You unfortunately can't have camera mods and picasa sync at the same time.

I think these gapps are bad. I flashed and reflashed and my Google account isn't connected to the phone.

The Picassa Gapps is less than 4 Meg and my previous Gapps is over 40 Meg. Why would that be?

Picassa gapps is just Picassa sync. You have to flash both the signed gapps and then the Picassa gapps if you want Picassa sync.

Ok. I reflashed the newest gapps and the picasa sync gapp without wiping davlik or cache and now I am in a boot loop. It Initiates Swagger and goes into Android is upgrading. Everytime it starts over the number of apps that it's "upgrading" goes down. Now it starts up but then shuts off again. Just FYI.

Just flashed build 5. On my tablet (Transformer Prime), I went from a 4.1.1 build of JellyBro to a 4.1.2 build, and it seemed noticeably more snappy and responsive, though that may have just been my imagination. Curious to see if I notice any difference on my Nexus, with AOKP (not that it's already not very snappy and responsive).

Chances are you will need to do a clean install. Something got corrupted. Backup your data with TWRP or CWM. Whichever you prefer. I haven't installed B5 yet on my gnex. I am not really planning to either. I will install it on my Nexus 7 however.
