Just flashed this last night. What kernel are most of you guys running it?

What was your brightness settings at that time?

50-60%. I always have brightness locked in around there. Auto never seems to cooperate and the screen at full brightness is like a spot light in dark places.

Same here, except mine's set at 50 the whole time.

Yeah, 50% or so seems to be a good compromise. I only say 50-60% because my screen seems to drop off alot at exactly 50%. 55-57% is usually perfect.

Can you report if track switching with the volume keys has been added? I know, strange request, but i used it all the time on AOKP MS5.

No POWER controls yet, I didn't see or notice anything else added besides the Theme MAnager.

Only three icons?, I thought we can put 5

Like getting rid of Verizon Wireless?

These builds are preview builds for AOKP Jellybean. All the options from AOKP ICS have not been implemented yet. Remember, it took months for AOKP to become what it was in Milestone 6, It will be the same way with Jelly bean now. This stuff does not happen overnight. As the builds keep coming, so will additional features.

I couldn't restore from TiBu... but the only thing that pulled up is

I don't know... if I can't restore TiBu, and I have limited syncing... I just might go back to Jelly Belly before the weekend is up...

Did you flash the GAPPS file after flashing the ROM? Did you wipe everything before installing? Most things should work straight away.

Thats the right file.

Pretty sure GAPPS dont include those but i could be wrong. Never flashed without flashing GAPPS.

If your not to far into the install download P7 from the previous page and use the same GAPPS.


Follow the directions below.

Skip the nandroid if you already did one.

Download the relevant zip(s) and place them on your phone's SDcard.
Reboot into Recovery--CWM or TWRP.
Wipe CACHE AND DALVIK CACHE.
Create a BACKUP/NANDROID of your current rom.
Wipe the phone completely--data, cache, dalvik, and system.
Install/flash the zips. If there are more than one, make sure you know in which order to flash them. Install the ROM then the GAPPS
Reboot your device and be patient.
Wait for a minute or two when you get to the "Welcome" screen.

i did get TiBu to work... somehow, when I flashed, the TiBu folder when blank...

glad I make a copy to drop box, cause the folder that copied to the local drive was also blank or had one file...

so I am able to recover most apps, but still Gallery and Music, can't sync...

getting late again...

I guess I will try to go back and flash Gaaps again, tomorrow...

How can I access the parent folder with my PC, when I connect it to the usb cable, all I get to see is what is on the sd card.
but if I use rom tool box I get to see everything.
Is there a way to access from the pc?
