Re: [ROM] CM7.1 Port for Optimus S by thekraven 10-23-2011
I don't think anyone has reported that issue yet?
1) Try a different USB cable
2) Make sure you have the current LG drivers loaded
3) Make sure USB debugging is enabled
One other thing you can try - power off the phone, pop the microSD out and put it into an adapter
and throw it on a Windows XP/Vista/7 machine and do a check disk on the card.
If you've been using the card for a while - a good idea is to backup everything off the card into
a folder on your hard drive - make a copy of the copy while you are at it!
Then fresh format the microSD as Fat-32 - and don't choose the quick format.
It will scan for any bad sectors and refresh the card, then once thats complete, copy the files
you backed up - back onto the microSD - this also defrags the card at the same time.
Pop back into the phone and reboot.
This should also work if you are using the data2ext tweaks as a Windows machine only will see the Fat-32
partition of the card and ignore the linux partitions that droid is using.
any fix for usb mass storage issues?
