I love my new phone. Thanks Kraven!

One issue I am having however, is the wifi on my phone doesn't seem to work. It works for every other device in the house. I tried reseting the router.

The phone appears to connect to the wifi with no problems, but if I try to use any internet connection from any app (i.e. Browser, Market, YouTube) I get error messages. My phone will act as an access point with no issues. That is awesome, but when at home i like to use my phone on the wifi since my signal isn't always constant on 3g.

Any ideas? I searched the hotfix section with no solution found. TIA

I reinstalled ICS theme again this morning and the issues seems to have resolved now. Great rom!

I've searched this thread but didn't find anything relating to what I'm seeing. Nothing in the list of fixes either.

On both the 12/8 and 12/12 editions of this ROM there seems to be a problem with contacts containing dial strings. Granted, I only have one like that but it is for my employer's time punch system. Dial #, pause enter ID, pause, enter PW...you get the idea. Example, 3015551212,,,1234567#,,1234#,,1,,# Anyway, wondering if anyone else has seen this behavior? It's becoming an nuisance real quick. :'(

Either search the market for "ICS MDPI" (The theme that I'm using, personally) and choose the first option that pops up by the developer Sonny or something, or use this one: [Theme] Ice9 and GingerIce9 for Tmobile theme chooser *update* 12/10/11 - xda-developers



Does the December builds seem buggy for anyone else? I've used the 12-8 build and I would get constant freeze-ups when trying to set wallpapers, in settings, texts, etc. Same is going for the 12-12 build as well. I was on the 11-20 build before I switched to the newest 12-12 (11-20 seems extra stable), but I don't know about these bugs. I'll keep it running for a little bit to see if the freeze bugs work themselves out, otherwise I'm going back to 11-20 and waiting for another stable build. Great work though, Kraven! I'll be donating soon. <3

Ditto above. 11/20 was rock solid, but there seems to be a few odd things happening lately. Not sure if it's because I didn't flash fresh, but it does seem a small bit buggy. I like the feel better though! It seems like some settings keep switching around on me. For example, I always mute my dialer and about an hour ago it started making sounds again when dialing. I'm not sure if this is somehow related to the 12/8 elusive setting bug. I think I'm going to start fresh and see what happens.

Update on my wifi problems:

Installed 12.8 mod = wifi networks are visible and appear to connect properly, however when using internet from any app error messages, and no page loads.

Reflashed 12.12 mod = everything working again.

So... Where is the clock in the status bar?
I'm searching settings and so far can't figure out how to get the time to appear in the status bar.

Upgraded from 11/20 build to the new 12/12 build

Did a dirty-flash

Flashed 12/12 over 11/20, then flashed the latest gapps+vm fix zip file

Rebooted, fixed some settings, rebooted again, had to reinstall a couple of apps

After another couple reboots and settings tweaking, everything working great.

I did not wipe cache or data, so your phone may be diff, but it does look it'll upgrade from 11/20 to 12/12

I of course made a nandroid backup before starting this!

The Clock needs to be changed to a different color. In the settings below

12-12-11 build is up now. Lots of fixes from 12/8. A few new features added.




READ READ READ. About the clock color, it is defaulted to black. You will need to go into settings>Cyanogenmod Settings>Interface>Statusbar tweaks> Choose clock color to pick whatever you like. Then click in the center of the circle to confirm the color. Then it will show.

• Locking gesture is fixed. Draw images on screen to unlock.
• MMS fixed. Corrected the apn-conf.xml file.
• Lock ring revamped theme added
• Added JerryScript Center Clock mod. It's built in now and has color options and options to move back to the right side. Thanks JerryScript for this mod.
• Transparency is built in for transparency supported themes.
• Boot animation chooser working
• Video cam working again.
• Focus sound muting working
• 3.4 IHO Kernel by BobZhome. Has some bluetooth fixes.
• ICS font on the clock lockscreen

• Known issues in this 12.12 buld
• First time booting, the clock will be black, change in settings. Read the above.
• Theme chooser changes needs either a notification received (text yourself), toggle the USB mass storage off/on, or a reboot to get the full effects of the theme. This is due to a background image in the new clock mod.

I installed this over the 12/8 build with just a cache wipe. And also installed with a clean wipe. Both worked fine.

I never could repeat the unsave settings with 12/8 and this build. Make sure you do your changes after you sign in with a google account.

Thekraven,

I tried the fix for the MMS to no avail. I even wiped the cache and tried it to no avail. I left my SD Card reader at work so I will update to 12/12 tomorrow.

Also just wondered if anyone has had any problems with Wheres My Droid? It worked fine on the RebornRom but since I have installed your rom it wont work. I have someone send me my trigger word but it never does anything after that.

I cleared the cache, formatted system, cache, data and installed the ROM, installed the Gapps, and then rebooted. Everything worked perfectly, and changed the clock color to white.

You forgot to wipe the items under mounts (system, data, cache)

ROM is awesome, as usual. I finally realized that restoring my sms/mms with titanium backup prevents me from sending and receiving picturemail. What do you guys use to restore BOTH your texts and pictures?
