Never got it to work with the built in program but I always just use android wifi tether found on google code.

Ill upload it to my srvr so you can dl it. It works very well.

update:

I put the apk for wifi tether below, once you open it go to settings and change system profile to "epic 4g touch"

I flashed 3 over 2. Just had to reinstall gapps.

yup I just did, worked fine

do note that if you experience any issues no matter how small, try doing a clean wipe and flash s4 before reporting

I am not sure if anyone is experiencing this or not but has anyone had any keyboard issues? Like it stays like stuck and doesn't type anything else at times. Just when you back out of a message and back in is when the little bug goes away

I did and it worked just as well as it did on all other builds

BUT

I re-flashed and stayed with the built in kernel and everything is great so far (storage, backlights, haptic, etc)

DK fixed the storage force close issue with this build 4
