Also how come some app when I install them acts like I didn't install? Are they incompatible?
I forget Wich ones off the top of my head but there was a few of them. Like I said I'm back on cm7.2 now so I can't retry to be specific. At least for now.

As much as I'd love to do those, I sincerely can't. MIUI launcher simply doesn't allow landscape and it isn't simple tweaking of code. It would require all the images stretched to landscape and much more that I don't know. You could always use a different launcher like adw.
I saw that flash doesn't install, can't think of anything else.

Think ill try a different launcher see what happens. Just curious about flash where does it?? Have its hang up?? Or is this unknown?

Trying a diff launcher SHOULD work.
I was talking about the adobe flash player. It doesn't install, may be incompatible. I'll have to do some research on that. And thanks for the kind words, it means a lot

I don't think so, I may be wrong but I think MIUI has a different framework. Sorry.

So, I was playing around with the camera. It seems that the camera works when using the stock camera app. I haven't had any problems there. When I try to launch the camera in a third party app( i.e. Pixl-r-matic, or Instagram), it closes and won't work at all, even with the stock app, until I reboot. I am thinking that there is something in the third party apps that is coded differently that makes it close or malfunction.

Has anyone had any luck with WIFI or USB tether. I can't seem to get it to work. I can get it to show and I can get my computer to connect to the signal, but then I can never get a valid internet connection or any pages to load. I used stock USB tether and FoxFi. Any other programs to use?

It was the case when I had R4. Every time I woke the phone it showed the stock lock screen. I had to turn off lock screen from power options a couple of times to get MiLocker lock screen to show up and if I rebooted I would have to do that all over again.

Forgot to upload a snapshot. Love the improvement! Especially now that the camera's working! Having to reboot every time after I took a picture was frustrating lol
