I asked the port author for our OptiS port and got no reply so not sure.

It does work, I saw a ParanoidAndroid CM10 ROM on XDA the other day.

That will be hard but supposing I get drews or zakmans cm10 I can pull the files from this and put in cm10 rom and it should work

Official Porting Guide for ParanoidAndroid

Post containing Port instructions, the link above just has some extra stuff for compiling from source I guess.

ParanoidAndroid/CM10

I'd assume you'd follow the first link and then just use CM10 as the base instead of CM9

Edit: I might try this using Drew's ROM as well if he gives his permission and the JB/PA Author gives his.

Ok, I just asked the port author permission. If he says Yes, I'll be sure to update this post. I also asked Drew in his CM10 thread. This is so exciting because the screenshots of CM10/PA look amazing.

I also have one request once you port, if you continue updating it, could you use Goo.im's Update system? If not it's fine I just figured it would be cool. :3

No worries, I'm gonna try it in my spare time as well. If one of us gets a reasonably working ROM, we could help each other. I haven't built from source yet though so I can't say I'll be very good in that sense.

Edit: I'm gonna search for another Hybrid and try to find a MDPI version. Though it is said that ParanoidAndroid is DPI independent.

The pad.prop should be fine on any ROM. It's just the DPI settings for the apps. Which is why I don't think we'll have to worry about it.

EDIT: Just got a message back from the Author. LET THE PORTING BEGIN! (As soon as we have Drew's permission of course)
I'm compiling the ported framework-res.apk for the Optimus S right now. I should have this done by the time I leave work and can test it out :3
