Samsung.com S10/+: Pre-Order Thread

Just checked mine and can also confirm that the cancel order button is now gone. Mine is expected by 3/8.

I ordered another for my girlfriend and hers is expected by 3/15. The cancel button is still there for hers. So there is definitely some action going on for the first wave of shipments!

I placed my early pre-order and the order has a ship by date of 3/8. My Cancel option is still available. Hopefully it will go away over the weekend.
 
Placed preorder on 2/21 ship date is by March 8th. Still have the cancel option on the S10+ but it disappeared for my accessories and the pre auth on my bank account was lifted so now just waiting on Samsung to take the money again which will signal preparation for shipment.
 
Haha, checked on Note 9 thread. The phone released on Friday 24th. People started having the cancel button go away Saturday the 18th. Maybe we are a little head of schedule. Most started finding tracking numbers on Fedex apps a day or 2 after that.
 
Eliminating the cancel button is a nice sign but I won't get excited until my credit card is charged.
 
I guess the people at Samsung heard me talking... my Cancel button has now disappeared.
 
Hey guys, this is the first time I've ordered a phone through Samsung.com. I usually order all of my phones directly from the carrier (AT&T in my case).

I know this has probably been asked a lot, but I'm starting to read some horror stories about phones being delivered later than quoted.

For my specific situation, I ordered the AT&T version of the 128gb regular S10. I got a bit of early access so I was able to order before midnight on 2/20. To this day, my order still says it will ship by 3/8. Do you think I'm good or will I get it after 3/8?

I pre ordered a Note 9 last year. It took Samsung.com 2 months after launch to get me my phone. The order just kept getting pushed back further and further. A lot of people had my same experience. Let’s hope this launch is nothing like that.

Was yours the 512? Those were the ones I remember the most problems with.
 
My cancel button just disappeared within the last few minutes too! Here’s to hoping for a super early arrival!
 
Since the 1TB was mentioned, I still have the cancel option (will arrive by March 8th). Ceramic Black.

Note: I pre-ordered the night of for a 512GB Ceramic White cancelled and ordered the Ceramic Black a few days after.
 
Haha yeah that part. That's when I will feel totally okay but even more excited.
 
So apparently the cancel button going missing means that the orders have been sent to the warehouse to prepare for shipment. This is straight from the f&q order hyperlink about your order details.

Ordered mine on the day preorders went live. It says "Will ship by Mar 8th 2019". Cancel order sign still available. Most people have been getting "arrive by" statements I wonder why mine is will ship by 8th, even when i try to preorder s10+ ceramic black 1TB now, it says will arrive by the 8th. I had ordered the 512GB but wondering whether i should re preorder so i can get it the 8th

Give it time or depends. I feel like they are doing it in order of those who ordered. Yours may change at anytime just like mine may say shipped very soon. Just be patient but excited.
