My cancel button went on friday night and got shipping confirmation on Monday noon. So I am hoping you will get shipping information soon.

Should be a bug. I got the same email this morning where it says it's not free of cracks but the trade-in value for my Note 8 is still $550 on it and I only got charge $487 for the S10+.

I'm not them but the return label is to Texas so I'm guessing however long it will take from your location to there and give or take a day or two.

I'm waiting for Fed-Ex to come for my husband's Prism White! He leaves at 2PM for work so he won't get to set his up till tonight. I give up on getting mine from Best Buy! Their website shows none at all in stock just says getting more soon.

I ordered two phones with the trade-in deal. I have to wait for the first ordered phone to be sent in and inspected before they'll process the second phone order. My girlfriend gets hers tomorrow. I just had to order her's first. lol!

I know I shouldn't of cancelled my Samsung order because of that and I bet I would still have mine quicker than Best Buy LOL! Mine was ordered before my husbands too and I cancelled.

I cancelled my Samsung order on the 22nd because of the no 2 trade-ins in the same household at the same time deal. And I went to Best Buy and ordered on the 22nd and am still waiting. My husbands will be here today.

The same thing happened to me. Though it hasn't shipped yet, this gives me some hope it'll ship soon.

And we have delivery! It didn't happen until 7pm!! Which means I wasted an entire day off,that I took from work! Oh well!! Just really glad it's finally here. But I had to run to dinner(already had plans and would have felt guilty if I had canceled!). So, I will have to get my phone set up,after work tomorrow!

Fed-Ex just left my husband's phone is here. I am assuming the buds and his free case are in the box too. Too bad he's at work till 11:30 tonight. I can't wait for him to set it up and to check it out. At least I'll be able to try my 3 cases on the phone to see how I will like them.
