Hold down the back button (to the right of the physical home key) and it will deactivate it. Do it again to reactivate it

*facepalm* I've been trying and trying to figure this out and it was that simple. My thanks to you...even if I do feel a bit sheepish.

I believe that toggle is multi window.(someone correct me if not) but there should be a setting for in statusbar. Pull down the menu bar (notification bar).
Scroll the tabs to the right and tap Multi Window option to disable (should be all blue)
You're done!

I post this because I use my "long press back to kill application" and it interferes with it all the time. And nothing works like killing it. Lol

There is a server issue. Have patience, it will be fixed asap. Its not just you.

dazednconfused said over on XDA that he needs to find a new server because the current service is all jacked up and the provider is not giving him any support to resolve their issue. He said it would likely be after the holidays before he would be able to get the new server up and running.

I just got a system update availability (Android 4.3) on my GS3. I'm running Wicked Sensations ROM v5.0. Long story short, I didn't think custom ROMs got system updates (never had them on CyanogenMod), or is this a Wicked update I don't know about?

You're being prompted to run the OTA update for 4.3. If you are running a custom ROM, do not accept the OTA. dazednconfused provided a flashable buildprop modification on the XDA thread that will eliminate the update notification.
