You do understand that 'be the first to enjoy' is in reference to having the phone before official launch. Has nothing to do with carriers shipping early.
When the phone maker says first to enjoy, I expect that to mean just that. It doesn't say first to enjoy except TMobile. Lol

Your expectations are too high. They used the exact same language for the S8 launch and carriers delivered before samsung.com for many people.

I just poked my head in there to look around. 720 posts on T-mobile pre-order thread versus 109 for Sprint. Wow!
Can you imagine what is going to happen to the T-Mobile pre-order Forum once we get physical pickup confirmations from UPS

costco was unbearable. the guy didn't even know they were pre-ordering for Sprint. no one did except me. when he still said no I (tried to) calmly suggest he read his emails for that morning while I pulled up my screen caps I took. even when he confirmed it was there and read it, his comment was I don't how to do it. omg! it's going to be just like the others! stayed calm and helped him over his fear of reading and entering data. lol

I hate going to stores and showing them their job. I did that with one T-Mobile rep on the S5.

My daughter has a PO Box in Colorado It's Tricky getting some products shipped to her as well

I tried to order a wireless stand charger from Amazon, others used it with their S8, but that seller wouldn't ship to the po box. I've received other items. Whatever, their loss.

As a T-Mobile customer I went thru Samsung to take advantage of the $425 credit. Despite these early "shipping" notifications, I'm willing to bet that the Samsung orders are delivered on or before the same date as any carrier orders

I don't think so. I pre-order the S8+ the second day after pre-orders were available. I still got my phone after most T-MOBILE customers.

I order for daughter through Amazon prime and her stuff always delivers to the po box that way

There should be a tab bit of excitement in every thread. Nerves are frayed. People want their phones... Of course 2 days after delivery we'll start the "things I hated about the Note 8" thread.
