FedEx seems to pick up earlier in the day than UPS based on packages I've gotten from samsung.com.

Does anybody else here use Jump On Demand with T-Mobile? I went into my account it shows my lease now as active effective 8/30 . Still showing my UPS as package ready for UPS. When I click on more information it shows my IMEI number and plan ID.

I am pretty impatient I usually have my packages held at UPS for pickup so I can get them in the morning LOL

I'm still getting the "check back later" message. Apparently, not everyone is getting this? I just assumed this part of their site was down temporarily.

No I've been getting that same message for a couple hours now. But if I go into the desktop version of the site on my phone, I can get into my lease area and that's where I found my information on the phone

Yes i'm on JOD & even for me it's showing the same. Currently seems like their Order tracker is down & unable to track the Orders.

That's halarious! I don't know about hitting at the most but I'm pretty far up there! Now I cannot tell a lie I didn't even know F5 wasn't refresh button!....

If you go into the T-Mobile app it will show the tracking and go to the UPS page still says ready for UPS

LOL. I use f 5 on my computer at work but at home I'm on my phone probably 98% of the time versus a laptop

Yes I mention that a day or 2 ago. Except mine say 17 payments remaining. My Bill cut off is today
