I mentioned earlier in a post I was checking out the Note 8 in Best Buy nice device to me the biggest upgrade is the actual shape much easier to hold but didn't see no difference in the ram and I am a power user

Yes you break even but then you have 2 Note 8s. You sell the second one which then means you have 1 almost free Note 8. The sale of the second one you got free pays off the first one.

To further clarify. The TMOBILE rebate pays off one phone and the eBay sale proceeds pays off the other.

T-Mobile's systems appear to be borked. Hopefully better news awaits us when they come back online.
Fortunately I lucked out with ground shipping, being close enough to Louisville. While I won't get it overnight when the phones move, I'll only have to wait a couple of days, so I'm thinking something like Wednesday or Thursday for me with 2-Day Ground.

I know this is a pre-order thread, but could someone answer a quick question for me? I'm switching to TMobile this week, and I was just told by a rep on the phone that they no longer offer JOD unless you already have it. Is this true?

No because I was a jump customer with my S8 plus and just paid off my EIP. Then to get note 8 switched to JOD. No problem just asked.

In what way? Is 1 darker than the other? I currently have the Orchid Grey S8+ and just assumed it was the same.

Oh, and by the way, I have a tracking number like everyone else. 2 days ago, I was partiallypreordered. All T-Mo Note 8 shipments are "administrative" at the present time, imo.

I wouldn't say purple, just darker - I seen a lot of reviewers on YouTube saying that it has a purplish Hue which is a lie I think that's why so many people staying away from this color because in person it's stunning very beautiful better than black in my opinion

I saw it at T-Mobile and thought it was a purple color. The rep said more pink.

Is this going to be like that dress, that was gold or blue?

Gotcha! Like I said that was my experience in the past. Both my 6s Plus and 7 Plus were supposed to arrive on launch day, and I didn't get them until the week after, and that's all my account said... even on launch day. Honestly their systems can be quite confusing.

Also, expect the status to jump back and forth from partially pre-order to pre-order before it actually says shipped.

But, a chat with the T-Mobile Twitter help desk, and he said THEY DEFINITELY STILL OFFER THAT TO ANYONE AND EVERYONE INTERESTED... So best bet is to have a chat with their Twitter help desk and proceed from there as they can help you get it all set up straight through Twitter...

It has to be done over the phone initially. I tried through chat and was told to call. After you are enrolled, then you can do your next JOD order through chat or online.
