Of course it is. I'm really not happy with T-Mobile at all. They handled this very poorly. When your customers pay top dollar for devices and service they shouldn't expect this kind of second rate service. I would gladly have paid for overnight, but I wasn't given the option. And of course zero is being done to compensate this error.

Time zone change. KY is Eastern, MO is Central.

Reasons why I think we should abolish worldwide referring to time zones and just do as the military does: use Zulu (GMT, UTC)! So much easier.

The A.C. app. Because it's with another email, I can't login on the tapatalk app. I use tapatalk for other forums and it is better in that way.

Got my tracking number and origin scan. It says delivery on 9/9 (Saturday) between 3PM and 6PM. But I don't think UPS delivers on Saturdays?

They do in some places. I know for my area they do. Or at least from past experience I have gotten many things delivered over the weekend from me procrastinating on ordering them lol :-x.
