I would not worry about that have you gotten UPS tracking number yet? Do you have my UPS app on your phone? What kind of updates have you received from T-Mobile regarding email and text messages

I would contact them. I have no idea why it would have the word "Partially" within it.

No. It flips all over the place before it says shipped. How long ago did you order?

All I stated were facts, so sure, I'll keep saying it.

When was that first posted? It surely wasn't before preorder started. They should not have waited until after preorder started to come out with that offer. I am sorry all of you who ordered through them are mad but that isn't anyone else's fault so maybe you need to stop complaining and take it up with Samsung. Just because we didn't order through Samsung doesn't mean we aren't special but that notice was not out when preorder started.

Your expectations are too high. They used the exact same language for the S8 launch and carriers delivered before samsung.com for many people.

Not the same as the s8.

Yep, same as the S8 in terms of receiving it first. Samsung promised the exact same thing with that launch.

I'm interested to see if Sprint users really do start receiving theirs tomorrow. Supposedly some have delivery dates of tomorrow. It's very quiet over in that forum though lol

Ordered on 8/24 at 5pm EST... had that Partially preorder status for a couple of days then changed to Preorder then the day before I got my tracking number which was yesterday, it went back to Partially preorder. I also just got my confirmation agreement email early this morning with the IMEI. Once your credit card gets charged, there should be a shipping label generated. I have jump on demand.

And to add fuel to that rumor, and yes he’s a rep but one I trust, is claiming that I am in for a treat and to expect my phone on the 5th. A guy over at Reddit and many in the thread have also been told the 5th too. Not expecting it but it sure would be nice!

It's says shipped now I got my tracking number from ups not tmobile. I think they sending our phones early for labor day weekend, early presents I guess. Then again they might be making sure people get a note before the iPhone cones out.

The 5th is what a few samsung reps are telling people too.

If it's Tmobile I would expect the 6th since 4th is Labor Day and it wont ship on Labor Day.
