Don't trust reps. They're guessing.Tmo customer service rep told me that they will not be shipped until the 13th. But yesterday the lady I talked to mentioned its possible they will ship early. What's with all the head games;-)

True, but I plan on single-handedly crashing UPS's servers or injure a finger hitting refresh, one or the other.
T-Mo's Pre Order thread is stomping on the others in the number of comments. Does that mean we are getting our Note 8 1st or do the other carriers have Prozac samples in their bill statements?
I explained this last time around, but "shipped" is a term of commerce, which means that shipment information has been tendered to the carrier. The same thing happens when you ship via UPS, it's in this status until UPS actually received the product. Totally normal.

I don't understand why people get so mad about other people excitement. This is not a lot of our 1st time pre order. We all know what could happen. Let people be excited that they see progress on their order no need to get mad at them for being excited. At the end of the day it's a phone and we will all have them before the end of September. Let people express their excitement with out being put down by people negativity.
I just got that email too. When I go to the account through the website on my phone it shows this below. It does this (for me anyway) whenever it's about to make some type of change.I just got the successful payment receipt email too
