My order status in my Tmobile account now says 'ships by 9/5/17'. It previously said 'ships 9/13-9/15'.

I am using an actual desktop and my status has not changed. Still says Shipped like it did since 9/1.

I think my wife's is going to come tomorrow (hoping). All UPS flights from Louisville (SDF) to Dallas (DFW) arrived early this morning with 5 flights back to SDF tonight arriving between 00:00 ET and just after 01:00 ET.

Interesting to hear about all the different order status this people are seeing. My guess is that we'll know more tonight, or tomorrow morning. But realistically, I don't think that's going to stop any of us from checking our UPS app every 10 minutes or so.

Shipping dates in the T Mobile website also updated for Note 8. Currently it devices ordered now or before will be shipped between 09/05/2017 to 09/07/2017

Yeah it may just be UPS not updating yet. I have had them do that to me before.

For being a logistics company sometimes UPS is frustrating with slow or no tracking updates. Conversely, when you have something from USPS tracked, they email you every time somebody touches the package and it's annoying. Fed Ex is a nice middle ground

l ordered the BOGO 09/01 and it shipped today. This is way faster than my Samsung Direct order.

Oh, I respect asking this if you're seeing that it's "on hold" but that's because UPS has it on hold since the address was changed. I did double check several tools on my end to confirm that it has been shipped so it's in the hands of UPS as of right now, being prepped to switch addresses. Hope this makes sense! Ultimately, the best way to keep tabs on this is to either continue checking the tracking number for updates, or to reach out to UPS directly. Also, you will be getting email updates when this order is in transit as well. Hope this helps! *PaulPerkins
