UPS may have just updated cause mine is in transit and scheduled to deliver on the 8th

They do in some places. I know for my area they do. Or at least from past experience I have gotten many things delivered over the weekend from me procrastinating on ordering them lol :-x.

lol...procrastination is why mine won't be here until Saturday. That and I forgot to ask for expedited shipping

Woohoo I just got an update and it's scheduled to be delivered tomorrow. Even though it's my day off I'm still going to come up there tomorrow and sign for it

And finally, mine changed from 8/30 Order processed which it's been stuck on since I was charged, to Origin Scan at 2:08pm today. Expected to arrive on Friday by end of day. I'm in Maryland, near DC.

If they do an arrival scan today, is it possible the phone arrives tomorrow rather than Friday? I've never had a UPS delivery come early, though FedEx always seems to underpromise and over deliver so to speak

Just picked mine up 3 hours ago and just found out that Netflix will be free[standard not HD] from T-Mobile!!

My understanding on that is that TMO will pay $9.99 for Netflix Standard 2-screen. They will still pay $9.99 if your Netflix costs more than that however. At least that was my understanding from watching the UnCarrier event.

I called into UPS on another issue from yesterday, but figured I'd ask. The rep said Louisville is backed up from Harvey, and a lot of bulk orders, like our phones aren't being updated because the systems have not been updated too. They are tracking internal so the group that is working on external shipping can update everything put on hold because of Harvey. But he said internal tracking shows mine being delivered today. We will see I guess.


EDIT. And my UPS just updated for Friday delivery.

All of our hearts should go out to those that have been devastated by Harvey. Homes, gone. Personal belongings, gone. Sentimental items, gone. Relocated to emergency shelters throughout various states. Lives literally uprooted.

Now I feel like a d*** about our first world problems.
